Penthouse with private terrace pool by Reserva del Higueron
The luxury apartment, located in Middle Views by the exclusive resort Reserva del Higueron in Fuengirola between Malaga and Marbella, is 110m2 and has both a 25m2 front terrace and a 110m2 roof terrace from which there are stunning views of the Mediterranean, Mijas mountain and in clear weather, one can glimpse the exotic Atlas Mountains in Africa.
The front terrace is nicely furnished with an outdoor lounge sofa and dining table that is beautifully covered by a pergola.
The roof terrace is spacious with its 110m2 and a wonderful place, whether you are a whole family / group or by yourself and you can enjoy the sun in the pool (3.5x2m) or on one of the 6 sunbeds.
The roof terrace contains a large outdoor kitchen (there is no grill at the time of writing, but this will be installed later) and you can enjoy your meals at the long table in the shade of the pergola.
The comfortable outdoor sofa lounge is a perfect place for a good book or to enjoy the sunset.
INTERIOR
The apartment is modern and functionally furnished with quality furniture and is ideal for both holidays and work.
Open plan living area includes comfortable sofa environment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a large Smart TV for your favorite streaming providers like Netflix, HBO etc. as well as a Chromecast and High-Speed Internet.
There is also a large dining table that seats 8 people if the weather does not allow meals outdoors.
Fully equipped high-quality kitchen with i.e., induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and exit to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with views of the Mediterranean, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet.
- Master Bedroom: Double room with king size quality bed from Jenssen (180x200cm), air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Electric blinds.
- Bedroom: Double room with quality bed (160x200cm), air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, electric blinds.
- Bedroom: Double room with quality bed (160x200cm), air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, electric blinds.
Extra sleeps can be made on the sofa bed (140cm wide) in the living room.
The 2nd bathroom with shower is in the hallway by bedrooms 2 and 3. Guest toilet near the entrance hall.

The apartment also includes Cot and highchair (0-2 years), hair dryer, washing machine, iron, smoke alarm.
2 private parking spaces in the enclosed garage in the basement and there is a lift directly to the apartment level.
COMMUNITY
The common area is beautifully maintained with green space and palm trees. There is access to 2 large pool areas with community pool and a baby pool, and free access to the gym.
Middle Views is a gated residential area consisting of 85 brand new exclusive apartments.
WALKING IMPAIRED
There are ramps and an outdoor elevator for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, inside the urbanization.
AREA
There is only 500 meters to the beach, and it takes only a few minutes to walk down there (a bit longer home, as it is hilly). The beach is a wide sandy beach and there is a nice promenade in both directions to both Fuengirola and Benalmadena, with and good selection of restaurants and small shops.
NOTE
Please note that the area is located in hilly terrain.
RESERVA DEL HIGUERON
Reserva del Higuron has a lot to offer, and the central part of the resort consists of the 5-star hotel Higueron Hotel Malaga, & Nagomi Spa & Sports Club, and you can use (for a fee) all their facilities, such as wellness spa area with massage, beauty salon, hair salon and various sports facilities.
The hotel's Sky bar is definitely worth a visit, from which you have a fantastic, exquisite view of the entire coastline. The bar is open from 20:00 in the evening.
The resort restaurant ‘Restaurant Sollo’ has won a great number of awards, but the most prestigious is of course the Michelin star.
SIGHTS
The nearby towns: Benalmadena and Fuengirola have plenty to offer, and if you desire something more exclusive, then is both Marbella and Puerto Banus a natural choice (20 minutes by car). However, you should not deceive yourselves to experience the charming historic district of Malaga center with a wide range of local shops and restaurants and not least the museums; Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum or Center Pompidou. The award-winning Benalmadena Marina is also worth a visit and their ferry ride to Malaga is an experience.
Benalmadena Publo is a charming Spanish district of Benalmadena, and if you want to see more of the picturesque and beautiful white villages; then both Mijas and Ronda are recommended to visit.
It is no coincidence that the coast is also called the ‘Costa del Golf’ as there are many and good golf facilities in the area. Nearest golf course is Torrequebrada Golf close to Torrequebrada Casino.
If you want to go on a day trip, there is even more to experience and you can consider everything from the Alhambra in Granada (a must), English Gibraltar, charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.
The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes' drive from Malaga airport - Costa del Sol.
Carvajal Train Station is just few minutes from the apartment. The train runs every 20 minutes to both the airport (20 minutes) and Malaga city center (40 minutes) as well as the surrounding towns; Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos etc. (approx. 5 minutes)
Regardless of you want a relaxing holiday by the pool and the beach, hiking on Mijas mountain, taking a round on the golf course or whether you want to experience and explore Malaga and Andalusia, the apartment is a safe choice for an absolutely fantastic holiday.
